PSG Organization / Structure

 How does the Professional Service Group work?

 

The PSG is an organization that serves its members who are seeking employment.  As with all organizations, a structure is required to function and meet objectives.  This structure is comprised of a Facilitator, committee chairs, and members under the various committees.

 

 

Group Structure

  • The Burlington County PSG is organized into committees which are the foundation of our Executive Committee.
  • The head of the Executive Committee in the Burlington County PSG is the facilitator, currently Jack Bland, who is an experienced employment counselor. The facilitator’s role is to maintain continuity, group focus and group discipline.

  • The committee chairs and co-chairs are the leaders who provide the inspiration, extra effort and direction that make our PSG cohesive and effective in achieving our common goal.
