Telesciences Incorporated, Mount Laurel, NJ (7/00 – 12/06)
Senior Engineer
· Develop Stored Procedures: Designed and developed various stored procedures for Sterling 5000i project. This included daily volume tracking, volume monitor, database aging and database initialization. These procedures were written as stored procedures and packages using PLSQL developer. Also developed various scripts for database implementation.
· Debug and test various database procedures: Used debug files that were generated by stored procedures to fix obvious problems. Also used PL/SQL Developer to trace through stored procedures to find logic errors. Also setup temporary tables to hold data for displaying JSP reports.
· Develop DVT Agent: Designed, documented and implemented daily volume tracking agent. Used Rational Rose to design the objects for this agent. The skeleton for the agent used existing classes. Designed and developed DVT specific classes for database tables. The DVT agent generated an XML file picked up by a caching agent and inserted into an Oracle database.
Comverse Network Systems, Mount Laurel, NJ (10/98 – 5/00)
Senior Engineer
· Prepaid Service Telephony Intelligent Network System: Developed requirement specification for Intelligent Network (IN) telephone system. The project consisted of interfacing to the telephone switch with a number of IN protocols. This system also interfaced to an Oracle database. The database was implemented using data replication, data partitioning, parallel server, and distributed databases. During my employment at Comverse Network Systems, I was involved in the lifecycle of this product.

· Sterling 5000 Development for Release 8.0.0: This project involved storing and retrieving audits from an Oracle database. I modified various programs to retrieve the audits from the database and display them in various screens and reports. Development was in C on a HP-UX K410, K420 and K460 platforms.
· Develop Port Call Screener Module from M6809 to HP-UX Unix platform: Developed the call screener code in C/UNIX and help the database developer (INFORMIX) design the call screener user interface. Also developed UNIX scripts that aided in official Internal Testing. In addition, was involved in the initial design phase where Cadre Technologies’ “Teamwork” was used to develop context diagrams, which aided in code development and data dictionary design.
· Design simulator program for tape emulation: Developed a C program that handled all data format types from the switch and generated PERTEC data blocks from command line arguments. The command line arguments included variable length block, fixed length block, delay between blocks, delay between files and others. This program was developed for an MS DOS and Windows 3.1 environment. It was used for official internal test procedures for various products.
