1. “LIMITATION ON LIABILITY” – The entire contents of the Burlington County NJ Professional Service Group (BurCoPSG) website are provided “AS IS”.  BurCoPSG makes no representations or warranties, expressed or implied, of any kind, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement of any kind with respect to this website or its contents.  Neither BurCoPSG nor any of its officers, members or other representatives shall be liable for damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with any information contained within this website or with the use of this website.   BurCoPSG also assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable for any damages to, or viruses that may infect your computer equipment or other property as a result of your access to, use of, or browsing this website, or your downloading any materials, data, text, images, video, or audio from this website.
